SERVICES

Aluminum Anodizing

Anodizing is an advanced electrolytic treatment that strengthens aluminum by creating a clear, durable oxide layer on its surface. Known globally for its excellent corrosion resistance, it is used across industries for both decorative and highly functional applications. Parts can be finished in a wide range of colors, as special dyes bond to the surface through capillary absorption, becoming part of the metal itself.

Hard Anodized Coating

Hard anodizing is an electrolytic process that creates an oxide layer far stronger than conventional anodizing, adding superior functionality to the part. The resulting coating is thicker and denser, delivering exceptional wear resistance. Its hardness is often compared to diamond, while its physical and chemical properties closely resemble sapphire.

Chromic Conversion

Chromate Conversion, also known as Chem Film, Alodine, or Iridite, is a chemical treatment that shields aluminum from oxidation. Frequently combined with masking techniques, it is especially useful when anodized parts require areas of electrical conductivity. The resulting finish ranges from natural to yellow, and it is widely used to enhance adhesion for paints and powder coatings.
